- go to search on task bar; type photos; choose photo app and click on it
- chose and click on video projects from the given option on the top
- click on new video project
- give a name to your video and click on ok or you can skip if you want
- click on add to add files from this pc or from my collection
- choose the files to add ( you can hold ctrl key and selrct multiple files at once); click on open to add
- once added, select and drop your files to story board
- in story board you have lots of option; you can trim, resize, add 3D effect, text and more
- once done, click on finish video on top right corner
- select the file size and it starts creating video; once done you can open and play; enjoy
