ren old_folder_name new_folder_name

ren music songs

- For renaming files

ren oldfilename.extension newfilename.extension

ren pic.jpg nic.jpg

- Music is old name for folder and songs new name for folder.

Note: Make sure you change the directory in command prompt to the location of your folder before you type commands to change folder name.
