Method 1

- Right Click on Start icon in your PC > Click on Privacy > Left side Choose Camera > on Right side Enable Camera Access to device and Apps if it is Disabled.

Method 2

- Right Click on This PC or My Computer > Choose Manage > Choose Device Manager > on Right side Click on Camera or Imaging Devices >  There is a drop down arrow, click on that > Choose integrated or external webcam which ever has issue > Right Click on It > 

1. Update driver and check if problem fixed 

2. Disable and Enable again, check if problem fixed 

3. Scan for the Hardware Change, check if problem fixed 

4. Uninstall and install again, check if problem fixed 

Method 3

- If you are using Camera or Webcam in any Application, then open that particular application > go to settings > choose video or webcam option somewhere in settings > there you select your integrated or external camera or webcam as recording device.

Method 4

- May be any kind of hardware issue. 

- Check if webcam is broken, if yes you have to replace it.

- Check your USB Cable connection Properly, May be not plugged properly, plug out and plug in again, see if working now.

- Right Click on Start icon in your PC > Click on Apps > Left side Choose Apps and Features > on Right side choose Camera and Click on it > Choose Advance Option > Click on Reset to Reset Camera

- Right Click on Start icon in your PC > Click on Update and Security > Left side Choose Troubleshoot > on Right side choose Windows Store App and Click on it > Click on Run the Troubleshooter > Now follow the Wizard to Fix

- Register the Windows Store App Through CMD again

- Open the command prompt as an administrator; type the command bellow and press enter key.

- If your device was working fine before; and issue is because of new driver update; then follow the steps bellow to Roll Back Driver 

- Right Click on This PC or My Computer > Choose Manage > Choose Device Manager > on Right side Click on Camera or Imaging Devices >  There is a drop down arrow, click on that > Choose integrated or external webcam which ever has issue > Right Click on It > Choose Properties > choose Driver Tab > Click on Roll Back Driver > Finally when done Click on OK

Method 9

-  Press Windows Key + Run Key to Open Run App > Type regedit > Press OK > registry windows opens > Get inside HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows Media Foundation >  Platform > On the right side on empty space give a right click > choose New > choose DWORD (32 bit) Value > Give a name as shown bellow:

 EnableFrameServerMode

  - Now double click  EnableFrameServerMode and Make sure Value Data is 0; if you see 1; change it to 0 and click on OK

Method 10

- Right Click on Start icon in your PC > Click on Apps > Left side Choose Apps and Features > on Right side choose Camera and Click on it > Choose Advance Option > Click on Terminate > Restart Your PC

Method 11

- May be your antivirus is blocking access to Camera or Webcam; Open the Antivirus Privacy setting and Try to disable Block.

Method 12

- Uninstall App and Install from Windows App Store again.

- In order to Uninstall default App on Windows > Open the PowerShell as an Administrator > Type the command bellow and press Enter Key.

Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.WindowsCamera* | Remove-AppxPackage

- Finally Restart Your PC
