Solution 1 (Recommended)

1. Go To Your Fire Stick Home Screen

2. Go To Settings

3. Go To Networks

4. Find Your Network Name, Check if Connected

5. If You Are Already Connected Click On Forget This Network

6. Click on your Network Name Again And Re-Enter Your Password

                  That should fix, it helped many people

Solution 2 (Not Sure, TRY)

1. Click On "Settings".

2. Click On "System Settings".

3. Go to "add-ons".Make Sure the "Unknown Sources" Is Turned On.

4. Go To "Internet Access".

5. Turn On "Use Proxy Server".

6. Type In Your "Username" Note: Your Username Is Your "WiFi"Network Name.

7. Type In Your WiFi "Password".

8. Go To "Bandwidth Limitation".

9. Go All The Way Down To The Bottom.

10. Select "102400 kbps".
